Terms & Conditions: Europe River Cruise Famil Lucky Draw
Tweet World Travel, in collaboration with CroisiEurope, presents an exclusive famil opportunity for Australian travel agents. Book a CroisiEurope river cruise with Tweet World Travel during the promotion period from June 1, 2023, to October 30, 2023, and seize the chance to experience a captivating CroisiEurope river cruise in Europe in March 2024.
1. Eligibility:
a. This Lucky Draw Famil promotion campaign is open to travel agents in Australia only.
b. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Tweet World Travel are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. Campaign Period:
a. The campaign period will commence on 01 June 2023 at 12:00 AM [ACST] and end on 30 October 2023 at 11:59 PM [ACST]. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Participate:
a. To enter the Lucky Draw, travel agents must make an eligible CroisiEurope booking through Tweet World Travel and successfully pay the cruise deposit within the promotion period.
b. For every booking made, each travel agent shall be entitled to receive one entry in the Lucky Draw. The more bookings a travel agent successfully makes, the higher the number of entries they will accumulate, thereby enhancing their probability of winning the Lucky Draw.
Eligible CroisiEurope booking:
+ Booking made via Tweet World Travel for river cruising and coastal cruising offered by CroisiEurope, with departures in 2023 and 2024.
+ The deposit or full payment of the booking must be successfully made within the promotion period
+ In case the booking is cancelled prior to the Lucky Draw on 31 October 2023 and the deposit was paid within the promotion period, the agents are still entitled to the Lucky Draw entry for that particular booking (i.e. not withdrawn from the Lucky Draw)
+ If the booking is cancelled following the Lucky Draw on October 31, 2023 and the deposit was paid within the promotion period, and the winner obtained the Famil trip solely due to that particular booking, the winner will still be eligible to participate in the Famil Trip.
4. Lucky Draw Selection:
a. There is a total of 20 lucky draws to select a total of 20 lucky travel agents from the eligible entries.
b. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by Tweet World Travel in the Online Brown Bag Forum on 31st October 2023.
c. Travel agents are encouraged to attend the Online Brown Bag Forum scheduled for October 31, 2023, where the lucky draw will take place and the prize winners will be announced. In the event that a travel agent is unable to attend the Online Brown Bag Forum but has been selected as a winner for the famil, they will still be entitled to claim the prize.
d. Each agent is entitled to one Famil slot only. Once they have won a Famil slot, their names will be removed from the next draw.
5. Famil Slots:
a. Each of the 20 lucky travel agents selected in the Lucky Draw will be entitled to one (1) famil slot only. The Famil Slot will be for a European river cruises operated by CroisiEurope in March 2024.
b. The winner can transfer their Famil slots to travel agents within their agency only. The famil slots are not redeemable to cash, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
c. In the event that the winner is unable to partake in the Famil cruise scheduled for March 2024 and is unable to transfer their slots to another agent within their agency, their eligibility to participate in the famil will be voided. There is no option to reschedule the Famil cruise set for March 2024 to a different date.
d. This group will be escorted by Tweet World Travel' staff who will meet the group at the embarkation port.
6. Travel Expenses
a. The travel agent is responsible for arranging and covering all personal expenses related to the famil trip, including but not limited to visa fees, travel insurance, additional meals, port transfers, international flights, and transportation not specified in the itinerary.
7. Accommodation
a. Accommodation during the famil trip will be provided by CroisiEurope for the duration specified in the itinerary.
b. The famil slot is free-of-charge for the travel agent in a Twin share cabin (to be shared with other agents of same gender). In the event that the travel agent wishes to have the cabin exclusively for themselves, a single supplement will be applicable and must be paid.
7. Intellectual Property Rights:
a. By participating in this Lucky Draw promotion campaign, travel agents grant Tweet World Travel the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and testimonial for promotional and marketing purposes without any further compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability:
a. Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the travel agents or any third party during the Lucky Draw or the famil trip.
b. Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope is not liable for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may affect the participation or selection process of the Lucky Draw.
9. Modification or Termination:
a. Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Lucky Draw promotion campaign at any time without prior notice.
b. In the unfortunate event that CroisiEurope has to cancel the Famil cruise due to but not limited to force majeure, another Europe cruise famil date will be offered.
c. In the event of termination of the Lucky Draw promotion campaign or famil cruise cancellation, Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope shall not be liable to travel agents or any third party.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia.
b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Lucky Draw promotion campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
By participating in the Lucky Draw promotion campaign, travel agents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
