Tweet World Travel, in collaboration with CroisiEurope, is delighted to offer Australia-wide travel agents an exclusive famil opportunity on an 8-day Amsterdam to Basel River Cruise with CroisiEurope in October 2024. Simply make a qualifying booking for your clients valued over $1,000 AUD within the promotion period from 04 January 2024 to 30 June 2024, and you will automatically be entered a Lucky Draw to become 1 of the 20 Lucky Draw Winners to join the famil.
1. Eligibility:
The Book To Win A European River Cruise Famil 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is open to Australia-wide travel agents who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
a. This Promotion campaign is open to travel agents in Australia only.
b. Participants must book any eligible CroisiEurope products for river cruising or coastal cruising valued over $1,000 (AUD) for each booking within the Eligible Period from 04 January 2024 to 30 June 2024, for any departure in 2024 or 2025.
c. Booking need to be made directly with Tweet World Travel via phone or email, or online via its Agent Portal:
d. Participants must successfully pay a deposit for their booking within the Eligible Period from 04 January 2024 to 30 June 2024.
e. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Tweet World Travel are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. Eligible Period:
The campaign period will commence on 04 January 2024 at 12:00 AM [ACST] and end on 30 June 2024 at 11:59 PM [ACST]. Any booking received outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Participate:
a. To enter the Lucky Draw, travel agents must make an eligible CroisiEurope booking through Tweet World Travel and successfully pay the cruise deposit within the promotion period.
b. For every booking made, each travel agent shall be entitled to receive one entry in the Lucky Draw. The more bookings a travel agent successfully makes, the higher the number of entries they will accumulate, thereby enhancing their probability of winning the Lucky Draw.
c. Other conditions:
+ In case the booking is cancelled prior to the Lucky Draw on 02 July 2024 and the deposit was paid within the promotion period, the agents are still entitled to the Lucky Draw entry for that particular booking (i.e. not withdrawn from the Lucky Draw)
+ If the booking is cancelled following the Lucky Draw on 02 July 2024 and the deposit was paid within the promotion period, and the winner obtained the Famil trip solely due to that particular booking, the winner will still be eligible to participate in the Famil Trip.
4. Travel Expenses and Accommodation:
Personal Expenses: Airfare, transportation to and from the cruise departure port, and any personal expenses are NOT included and will be the responsibility of the famil goer.
Excursions: Cruise shore excursions are not included.
5. Winner Selection:
The Participants of the Book To Win A European River Cruise Famil 2024 promotion will be selected by a random lucky draw conducted by Tweet World Travel within 10 days after the end of the Eligible Period.
There is a total of 20 lucky draws to select a total of 20 lucky travel agents from the eligible entries.
Lucky Draw Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the booking process. If a lucky draw winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize & Conditions:
Famil Cruise Program:
a. Cruise only in a twin sharing cabin with other famil participants (single sub surcharge is available for participants who prefer to have the cabin to themselves)
b. Full-board Meals
c. Port charges and taxes, as applicable.
*Cruise Shore Excursions are not included
7. General Terms:
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope.
Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Modification or Termination:
Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any part thereof, if necessary, due to any reasons beyond its reasonable control. In such an event, Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope will provide reasonable notice and take appropriate measures to minimize disruption.
Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope and its affiliated companies, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or any third party arising from or in connection with the Promotion, including the European River Cruise prize.
9. Intellectual Property Rights:
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to allow Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope to use their name, likeness, and/or any submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Promotion, without any further compensation or notice.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participants and Tweet World Travel concerning the Promotion.
